How to ask

Email privacy@aison.co.uk from the address you used with us, with "Delete my data" in the subject line. If you write from a different address, tell us which address to look for. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address before we act on it.

What we delete

• Every early-access request made with that email address, on our website and on our test site.
• Copies of those requests in our team mailbox and in our working files.
• If you are an investor with access to our data room: your entry in the investor list, your login and its password hash, and your personal document copies. Lines in our access log expire on their own after 14 days.

A deleted request cannot come back from a backup. Our encrypted backups are deleted after 30 days.

How long it takes

We delete your data and confirm it to you by email no later than one month after we receive your request, and usually much sooner.

Other rights

You can also ask for a copy of your data before it is deleted, or use any of the other rights described in our Privacy policy.

When the AIson service opens

The AIson service is not open yet. When it opens, this page will also explain how to delete the data a business connects to AIson, such as its Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram, and how to export that data first.
