About these terms

These terms apply to your use of aison.co.uk and its pages (the "website"). The website is run by AIson Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17197989, with its registered office at 58 Kinson Road, Bournemouth, BH10 4AN. By using the website, you accept these terms.

The AIson service is not open yet

The website describes AIson as it is being designed. The product screens on the website are illustrations of the product as designed, not of a live product. Asking for early access does not oblige you or us to anything. The terms of the AIson service will be agreed separately before it opens to you.

Using the website

You may use the website for your own information. Please do not misuse it. Do not:

  • try to gain unauthorised access to it or to our server;
  • interfere with how it works;
  • send automated requests through its form.

Our content

The text, design, product screens, logo and the name AIson on the website belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may share links to the website and quote short passages with attribution; please do not otherwise copy or reuse them without our permission.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the website accurate, but it is provided as it is. Plans, features and platforms described on it may change before the service opens. We may change, suspend or withdraw the website at any time.

Where the website links to other websites, such as our pages on Instagram and LinkedIn, we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website, including loss of profit, business or data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Privacy

How we use personal data is set out in our Privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
